These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Limitless Parenting application and related services (the "Service") provided by AMEOS LLC ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account, downloading the app, or using the Service in any way, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
Limitless Parenting is a household curriculum platform for parents and caregivers practicing intensive early-childhood education methodologies. The Service includes flashcard-based reading, math, knowledge, and music curriculum delivery; multilingual language instruction; in-app certification courses; and household sharing features.
The Service is offered "as is" and we do not guarantee any specific educational outcomes for any child. You acknowledge that early childhood development varies widely and is influenced by many factors outside the Service.
The Service also includes an optional caregiver marketplace that helps parents discover and contact professional caregivers, and helps caregivers be discovered by families. Limitless acts only as a venue that introduces users to one another; the relationship, hiring, and any arrangement are solely between the users involved. Important details about this feature are set out in Section 9 (Disclaimers).
You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use the Service. The Service is intended for use BY adults FOR babies and young children. Children do not directly use accounts on the Service; adults present content to children.
You may create an account using a valid email address. By creating an account you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you will keep it current. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials.
You may invite other adults (co-parents, partners, nannies, au pairs, grandparents, doulas) to join your household ("Family") via the Service's invite mechanism. Family members share access to children's profiles, curriculum progress, and household activity.
The Service offers limited access at no charge. New users receive a 14-day free trial of Premium features that requires no payment information upfront.
After your free trial ends, you may subscribe to Premium to retain access to premium features. Premium subscriptions are available as:
Pricing may vary by region and is subject to change. The current price will always be displayed in the app before you complete a purchase.
Premium subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewals are charged to the payment method associated with your Apple ID, Google account, or Stripe account, as applicable to your platform.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to Premium features until that date.
Refunds are governed by the payment platform (Apple, Google, Stripe). We do not directly process refunds for App Store or Google Play purchases. For web subscriptions billed via Stripe, refund requests within 7 days of initial purchase may be honored at our discretion; please contact hello@limitlessbabies.com.
Certain features (such as advanced certification tiers in the in-app Academy) may be available as one-time in-app purchases. Pricing for these is shown in the app at the point of purchase.
The Service may issue digital certificates upon completion of in-app courses (Tier 1 Parent Practitioner, Tier 2 Caregiver, Tier 3 Educator). These certificates represent that the holder has completed our course content and passed the associated assessments. They do not constitute professional licensure of any kind. We do not represent or warrant that these certifications are recognized by any external professional body or licensing authority.
Issued certificates include a unique cert number and the student's name as entered at the time of completion. We may revoke certificates in cases of demonstrated fraud or violation of these Terms.
All content provided through the Service — including but not limited to flashcards, curriculum materials, course modules, audio recordings, written guides, visual designs, and software code — is owned by AMEOS LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of our content, except as expressly permitted by these Terms or by written agreement.
You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (e.g., child photos, profile information, captured progress notes). You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display, and reproduce that content for the purpose of operating the Service.
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use that feedback without compensation or attribution.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we determine, in good faith, that your use of the Service poses a security risk or causes harm to other users or to us. You may delete your account at any time via the Service's data privacy controls.
Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any pre-paid subscription fees.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Service is an educational tool. It is NOT medical advice, mental health advice, or a substitute for consultation with licensed professionals. Decisions about your child's development, health, nutrition, or behavior should be made in consultation with qualified professionals. We disclaim all liability for any reliance you place on educational content in the Service.
The Service's caregiver discovery and inquiry features are a venue that helps parents and caregivers find and contact one another. We are not an employment agency, staffing agency, or background-check provider. We do not employ, screen, interview, vet, endorse, supervise, or perform background or reference checks on any parent, family, or caregiver, and we make no representation or warranty about any user, their identity, qualifications, character, conduct, or the accuracy of their profile or messages.
Any decision to communicate with, hire, work for, meet, pay, or entrust the care of a child to another user is made solely at your own risk and discretion. You are solely responsible for your own due diligence — including interviews, references, identity verification, background checks, and compliance with any applicable employment, tax, licensing, and labor laws. We are not a party to, and are not responsible for, any agreement, arrangement, payment, or interaction between users, whether arranged through the Service or otherwise.
Any time-tracking or "clock-in / clock-out" features are provided only as a convenience for users to record hours among themselves. They are not payroll, accounting, tax, or legal records; we do not verify their accuracy and do not use them to facilitate payment.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AMEOS LLC disclaims all liability for the acts or omissions of any user, and for any loss, injury, or damage of any kind arising out of or relating to introductions, communications, or arrangements made through the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AMEOS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
Our total cumulative liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMEOS LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third party's rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document and, for material changes, notify you in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you choose to link a phone number to your account, or to invite another person by entering their phone number, you may receive SMS (text) messages from us. By taking either of these actions and tapping the relevant confirmation button in the app, you affirmatively consent to receive these messages.
