Got a question, found a bug, or want to suggest a feature for Limitless Parenting? We read every message and aim to respond within 1–2 business days.
From the home screen, tap your child's avatar at the top to open the child switcher, then tap "+ Add another child." Each child has their own profile, languages, and progress.
On the home screen, tap the flag chip below your child's name. You'll see all the languages enrolled for that child. Pick one and the next session will use it. You can change languages mid-day as often as you like.
Yes. From your child's profile, scroll to "Languages to learn" and tap "+ add language." We support 30+ languages with native pronunciation.
iOS includes a built-in voice for every supported language. For higher-quality voices in some languages (especially Cantonese, Wu, Korean, and a few others), iOS lets you download enhanced voices. To do this, open Settings → Accessibility → Spoken Content → Voices, then pick a language and tap to download. Once downloaded, Limitless Parenting will use it automatically.
Limitless Parenting offers a free 14-day trial of all premium features — no credit card required. You can use the entire app during the trial. After 14 days, you can choose to subscribe ($14.99/month or $119/year) or continue with the free tier.
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not through us. To cancel:
You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.
Apple handles all refunds for App Store subscriptions. To request a refund, visit reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, find Limitless Parenting, and select "Request a refund." Apple typically responds within 48 hours.
Open the app, go to Parent Profile → tap "Restore Purchases." This pulls your subscription status from Apple and unlocks premium on this device. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to subscribe.
Yes. From your child's profile, tap "Share my family" to generate a code. Your partner or caregiver can enter that code on their own device to access the same children's profiles and progress.
It depends on which Limitless you're running, and only one of the two can be fixed from our side.
The app from the App Store — already done. From v1.10.145 on, the iPad app hides the status bar for you. If you can still see it, update the app; the version number is at the bottom of Settings.
The web app added to your Home Screen — iPadOS draws that bar itself and gives a website no way to switch it off, so nothing in the app or in iPad Settings removes it. What does remove it is Guided Access, Apple's one-app mode:
The lock is worth having either way with a baby in your lap: no swiping out mid-session and no notification pulling the cards off the screen.
If you're wondering why your iPhone looks full screen and your iPad doesn't: iPhone hides the status bar by itself in landscape, which is how most people hold a phone for flashcards. iPad keeps it in every orientation. And on either device, open the app from the Home Screen icon (Share → Add to Home Screen) rather than a Safari tab — a tab keeps Safari's address bar and toolbar on top of everything else.
Go to your child's profile → "Family Photos." You can add photos of mom, dad, grandma, your home, and other meaningful places. These photos will appear during relevant flashcard sessions, making the learning more personal and meaningful for your baby.
All Limitless Parenting data — children's profiles, progress, photos, preferences — is stored only on your device. To delete everything, simply uninstall the app. Nothing is stored on our servers.
The app is designed for babies and toddlers from roughly 3 months to 3 years. The Doman methodology behind it is most effective in the early years when the brain is most plastic. Older children can still benefit, especially for language learning.
Sessions are intentionally short — about 30 to 60 seconds — because that respects a baby's natural attention span. The app guides you through 3 sessions per day with breaks in between. More is not better; consistency is what matters.
For details on how we handle data, see our Privacy Policy. The short version: we collect the minimum needed (your email at signup, plus the family data you create as you use the App), we never sell or share your data outside of essential service providers, and you can delete your account anytime.
